From excavation to completion of your beautiful backyard pool, Florida Bonded Pools’ staff has a high level of industry knowledge and expertise. Throughout the construction and installation process, the project team will always keep you informed about the project and its completion. While it is difficult to predict an exact schedule, a typical installation from excavation to completion ranges from 6 to 8 weeks – depending upon weather and extent of the project scope.  

At a quick glance it may appear that all swimming pools are basically the same, however, this is not the case. Concrete or gunite pools are considered the most permanent construction, unlike pools made from other materials such as fiberglass, steel, aluminum, or polymer walls with or without separate vinyl liners.  

In recent years, advances in the design of the other types of pools have also occurred.   Improved corrosion resistant metals, formulations of fiberglass, formulations of vinyl, and more attention to structural details are all helping to make these products good value.   However, it is very important to pay very close attention to the details of warranty, product life expectancy, and routine service requirements when assessing pool types. 

The structural characteristics of the pool are professionally designed by Florida Bonded Pools to consider soil conditions, concrete formulations, and building codes.   The final result is that a professionally designed concrete pool, when finished with a beautiful deck, tile, lighting, water features and interior finish, will provide many years of backyard enjoyment at a terrific value.
